200 Years of Life
(a crash course in the conceptual, historical, and political history of biology)

12-13 August

The following discussion hopes to give a compact history of biology from roughly 1800 till the present. This will include but not be limited to: evolutionary theory, organismal agency, eugenics, scientific racism, morphology development, slimey things, sex as a developmental trap, platonic skeletons, hopeful monsters, and decolonial critiques of instinct and behavior.
